NJ's Unique Henna Art Featured on Kaleid
21-year old Henna Artist, Nadra Jiffry always had a passion for art since early childhood. From designing dresses, doodling on test papers, to painting on paper.
She was around the age of 10 when she began to apply henna on herself and family members. Family and friends were always complimenting her on all her artwork. She never took it much to consideration then, but continued to apply henna over the years and improved as time passed by.
Throughout high school, she had only taken many of the arts courses. From Visual Arts, Fashion, Applied Design, Photography to Communication Technology. These courses helped her even more to improve her artistic skills.
Today, she stands as a wife to a wonderful husband and a proud mother to her beautiful daughter. As she got married at an early age, she never got a chance to continue her education further more to university. She knows the importance of being a full time mother to her daughter, so she decided to stay home and give full attention to her little one. It wasn’t long before she decided to put her artistic skills and passion for art to use. Being at home, she decided to finally run her own Henna business.
The name 'Nadra' itself means 'unique/rare'; and so are her designs! She believes that every individual is different in their own way; and deserves their own unique design.
Every design is different and off scratch; from Western, Indian, Arabic to Traditional.
We also have a many design books for clients to choose from!
